Week 7 Mini-Project: Persistent Filtered To-Do App

Project Requirements:

1. Persistence: All tasks are stored in localStorage as an array of objects ({ id, text, completed, createdAt }).
2. Reload Support: When the page reloads, existing tasks are retrieved and drawn onto the screen.
3. Filtering: Include filter buttons (“All”, “Pending”, “Completed”) to filter displayed items.
4. Validation: Prevent empty or whitespace-only submissions with a visual warning.
